Cancellation, Refund and Returns Policy
Important Note
All AWARA products come with a secure tag/label. Do not cut or remove this label.
If the label is removed or damaged, the product will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
1. Cancellation by AWARA
We may cancel or refuse an order at our sole discretion due to reasons such as:

Product availability or quantity limits

Pricing or listing errors

Payment or verification issues

Fraud detection or internal checks
If your order is cancelled (fully or partially), we’ll notify you promptly and process any applicable refund to your original payment method.
2. Cancellation by Customer
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. To cancel, email us at help@awara.in with your order details.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If your card is inactive, refunds will be issued via cheque.
💡 If the payment is deducted but the order fails, your amount will be refunded automatically at the earliest.
3. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 Hrs of placing the order, and not once shipping has started.

For damaged or defective products, please email help@awara.in within 5 days of receiving your order with photos and order details. Please make sure to not cut the secure tag and all labels should be intact as received.
Our team will review and arrange a return or replacement if eligible.
4. Returns & Exchanges
You can request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your product if:

The item is unused and in original condition

The original packaging, label & return tag are intact

The item is not purchased during a sale (sale items are non-returnable unless defective)
If your product qualifies, email help@awara.in with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll share the next steps for pickup or exchange.
