ORDERS
Q) Is my order confirmed? I haven’t received any confirmation email/message.
A) Every order automatically triggers a confirmation email from us. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.
If it’s still missing, email us at help@awara.in with your name, registered email, phone number, and payment screenshot, and we’ll resend your confirmation.
Q) How do I edit my order?
A) You can edit your order only if it hasn’t been shipped yet.
Email help@awara.in with the subject line:
“Edit Order – [Your Order Number]”
Mention the required changes, and we’ll update it within 2 business days.
Q) How do I cancel my order?
A) Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
Email help@awara.in with the subject line:
“Cancel Order – [Your Order Number]”
We’ll confirm once it’s processed.
Made-to-order products are not eligible for cancellation.
Q) How do I change my registered number or email address?
A) Email help@awara.in with the subject line:
“Update Contact – [Your Order Number]”
Include your new phone number or email, and we’ll update it within 2 business days.
Q) How do I change my shipping address?
A) Shipping address changes are only possible before the order is shipped.
Email help@awara.in with the subject line:
“Change Shipping Address – [Your Order Number]”
Include your updated address details.
Q) The money was debited, but the order wasn’t placed. What do I do?
A) Don’t worry — if your payment went through but the order failed, the amount will be refunded automatically within 7–10 business days.
If it doesn’t reflect by then, email us at help@awara.in with your payment details and we’ll assist you.
Q) Will sold-out products be restocked?
A) Most AWARA drops are limited edition.
Once a product is sold out, it may not be restocked. Follow us on Instagram and join our mailing list to know about new releases.
EXCHANGE, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Q) How do I request an exchange or return?

Once approved, our logistics partner will collect the product.
Please ensure it’s unused, in original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
Q) My return was approved. When will it be picked up?
A) Pickup usually happens within 1–2 business days after approval.
Please make sure the product is in its original packaging with the secure AWARA label intact.
Q) When will I receive my refund?
A) After your returned product reaches our warehouse and clears quality check, your refund will be processed within 4–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
If your card is inactive, we’ll issue it via cheque.

Q) When will my order be shipped?
A) Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days from our warehouse.
Q) When will my order be delivered?
A) Delivery timelines vary by location:

Metros: 1–4 business days

Rest of India: 4–7 business days
Delays may occur due to weather or courier issues — we’ll keep you posted if so.
Q) How can I track my order?
A) You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Q) Do you ship internationally?
A) Yes! AWARA ships worldwide 🌍
International orders are first sent to a regional hub, then handed to your local postal service for final delivery.
Please note, international deliveries can take 2–4 weeks.
Q) Will I be charged customs or import duties?
A) Depending on your country, additional customs duties, VAT, or import fees may apply.
These charges are levied by your local authorities and are not included in AWARA’s prices.
Customers are responsible for paying applicable duties upon delivery.

All AWARA products come with a secure tag/label.
Do not cut or remove this label.
If the label is removed, cut, or damaged, the product will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
