In these terms, "AWARA", "we", "us" or "our" means this business. "You" or "user" means anyone who browses or buys on the Website.

2. Acceptance of Terms

• By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy.
• We may update these Terms at any time. Changes apply from the date they're posted, so please review this page periodically.
• This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and does not require a signature.

3. Eligibility & Account

• You must be 18 or older, or use the Website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• You agree to give accurate and complete information, and you are responsible for all activity on your account.

4. Products & Pricing

• We try to show product colours, sizes and details accurately. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
• All prices are in INR and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping and other charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Most AWARA drops are limited edition and may not be restocked.
• We may correct pricing or listing errors. If an order was placed at an incorrect price, we'll inform you and either cancel it with a full refund or offer the correct price.

5. Orders

• An order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email.
• We may cancel or refuse an order due to stock limits, pricing or listing errors, payment or verification issues, or suspected fraud. If we cancel, you'll be notified and any amount paid will be refunded in full.

6. Payments

• We accept prepaid payments (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Prepaid orders may be eligible for offers such as the PREPAID discount code, as shown at checkout.
• For COD orders, please pay the delivery partner in full at the time of delivery. Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to COD being disabled for your account.
• If payment is debited but the order fails, the amount is refunded automatically. Contact your bank if the reversal is delayed.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days.
• Estimated delivery takes 1–4 business days in metros and 4–7 business days across the rest of India. International delivery takes 2–4 weeks.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, courier issues or other events beyond our control.
• For international orders, customs duties, VAT and import fees are not included in our prices and are payable by you.

8. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they haven't shipped.
• Returns and exchanges can be requested within 5 days of delivery for unused items with original packaging, labels and secure tag intact. Sale items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
• Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. COD refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer, minus COD shipping fee.

9. Secure Tag
All AWARA products carry a secure tag. Do not cut or remove it. Products with a removed, cut or damaged tag are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website is owned by or licensed to AWARA. This includes designs, logos, product images, graphics, text and layout. You may not copy, reproduce or use any of it without our written permission.

11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

• Use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Place orders with false information, or misuse offers, discount codes or the COD facility
• Interfere with the Website's security or functioning

We may suspend access or cancel orders for any breach.

12. Third-Party Links
The Website may link to third-party sites such as payment gateways and courier tracking pages. Your use of those sites is governed by their own terms and policies.

13. Limitation of Liability

• To the extent permitted by law, AWARA is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or our products.
• Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
• Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify AWARA against any claims, losses or penalties arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

15. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government action or courier disruptions.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
